Extra Settings
Players can now turn off the steering wheel animation in order to reduce lag. At the same time rev lights of other drivers are no longer visible. Updating the rev lights was previously done on the server side. Now it's being done from the client side.
Hints in the chat can now be turned off. Don't need them? You can now get rid of them!
Car Stat Changes
- RCM One: decreased acceleration;
- Ferricia F64: increased top speed;
- OHR Cross: increased top speed.
Skill Rating
The SR system has been tweaked so that players who leave during a race can lose SR. I will closely monitor how this change will work out in practice.
Bug fixes and other changes
- Various UI elements have been tweaked;
- Extra checks have been added to make sure that players cannot use cars/helmets that they don't own;
- Players who have earned the "Beat the Owner" badge can now use my custom helmet;
- Hints in the chat have been updated with new text.
