I’m doing a horror game, and I would like to know if breaking the fourth wall is allowed.

I read the Wikipedia page but what do you mean by break it?

Fourth wall breaks are probably allowed to some extent. I have seen funny application of the 4th wall break in certain games and it was enjoyable. Although it is allowed, just make sure that it does not challenge the rules by a tangent(i.e. harrassment).
