This video is a debug test of 150 units with FOW system enabled.
The first phase scrambles all units across the map to see how FOW behaves.
The second phase destroys all units to see if FOW removes all visible tiles.
The third phase checks if there are any leftover tiles that are still visible, even though they shouldn’t.
Across 10 tests with 50 units and 4 with 150 units, the total amount of leftover tiles or errors is 0. The FOW system appears to be stable and bug-free at the moment even when used extensively with over a thousand units in total.
Highest recorded script activity is 7% with a rate of 58/s with all 150 units moving at the same time in quick successions.
All of this is rendered and scripted on the client side.
