FOXTROT ASYLUM BULLETIN BOARD
In-Game Rules & In-Game Roleplay Information
Welcome to Foxtrot Asylum Roleplay, a game where you can enforce order, control riots, be a hostile patient, test asylum patients as a scientist, or even oversee the asylum facility as an executive.
In-Game Rules & Regulations
We strive for our community to be fun and engaging for all users, hence why our staff work around the clock to ensure a safe and smooth roleplay experience. If issues arise in-game, open a support ticket in our Communications Server.
Warnable Offences
-
Random Killing: Refers to the unauthorized killing of innocent patients. There are a few things to note about this rule.
-
Random killing can be called into play when a staff terminates a patient who has not gone into restricted areas and is simply going about with their day.
-
Random killing applies when staff terminate patients for simply having their weapon hoisted on their character. Staff cannot terminate patients unless their weapon is deployed/used against staff.
-
Restricted staff areas (staff halls, staff spawns, etc) are automatically KoS, meaning all patients can be terminated for roaming in restricted areas.
-
Random killing may not be called into play when patients are in specific areas during lockdowns (depending on the level of the lockdown).
-
Random killing also includes terminating patients who are being transported by staff to specific areas for certain events. This refers to staff killing patients in the middle of being tested/experimented on.
-
-
Cuff Abuse: Abuse of your detain tool will result in punishment.
-
Staff are not authorised to randomly cuff innocent patients who are within their correct areas.
-
Staff cannot cuff a player without cause and cannot cuff players while in combat.
-
Medical Staff, Experimental Scientists and SPMD Agents can authorize the removal of patients (with the patients permission) from the Patient Transfer Zone (PTZ), however, they must be detained while being transported to the required area.
-
Cuffing your friends is not allowed, as this causes issues with determining if a user is cuff abusing or not. Even if both parties agree, cuffing your friends is not allowed and will be dealt with.
-
-
Leaving to Avoid Administration: If caught breaking a rule and attempting to leave the game, change teams or attempting to reset while in custody of a moderator to avoid your punishment, will lead to further punishments.
- Punishments can still be processed when you’ve left the game.
-
Glitching: Gameplay glitching causes major disruptions to our servers, hence why it is strictly prohibited.
-
Using tools to create/cause a glitch in our servers is punishable.
-
You may be punished for doing things like glitching out of the map, glitching through walls, glitching into restricted areas, using glitched tools or even using glitches to gain tools not meant for your team.
-
-
Spamming: Sending the same or multiple messages at a rapid rate, or sending multiple large paragraph messages with the intent to annoy players within the server, is prohibited.
- Spamming may also occur on the staff radio, this is also a punishable offence.
-
Toxicity: Toxicity is a major issue in large communities, which the Foxtrot community does not stand for. Our rules are here to keep our players safe and happy, as a result, toxic behaviour is not tolerated.
-
Users may not T-bag terminated players.
-
Spamming “L” or other phrases such as “Ez” are deemed as toxic.
-
Argumentative behaviour is deemed as toxic.
-
Aggressive/unneeded comments about a users ability to play the game or complete their tasks is deemed as toxic and will not be tolerated as this creates a negative energy in our servers.
-
-
Tools/Equipment Abuse: Abuse of tools or equipment is not allowed as it causes harm to the games roleplay experience.
- Examples of tool abuse include godded executives using their batons against patients during combat. This is unfair to all users as the executives are godded and cannot take damage. This also includes executives randomly using their batons against innocent patients.
-
Teaming: The two main groups in our game, patients and staff, are not meant to help each other. Breaking the roleplay aspect of the game is sure to ruin the fun for many, don’t be that person.
-
Lockdown Abusing: Our game utilizes a lockdown system, however, this system is not meant to be abused and is heavily monitored by our moderation team. Lockdown 1-2 should be used for minor to major amounts of hostile entities, Lockdown 3 should only be used for Experimental Wing breaches.
- If you are unaware of how to correctly use our lockdown system, please seek assistance from a member of moderation.
-
Trespassing: Certain areas of the game are hard-locked to specific teams. Staff are not permitted to enter certain areas unless stated.
-
Experimental Wing: Entering this area on an unauthorized staff team will result in punishment.
-
Moderation Team/Special Operations Spawns: Gaining access to these areas will result in punishment for unauthorized staff.
-
Black Keycard Holders: Possessing a black keycard does not grant immunity to this rule. If you are on an unauthorized staff team and gaining access to restricted areas, you will be punished under the trespassing rule.
-
Patients and Hostiles are immune to trespassing punishments.
-
-
Trolling: Package abusing, impersonating moderators, or deliberately using loopholes in regulations to annoy players.
-
Package abuse refers to large/glitched items or accessories used to annoy/disturb users in the server. This also includes items or accessories used to cover names to avoid moderation.
-
Anyone disrupting the server will be warned under this rule.
-
Playing loud/disruptive noises and/or audio through a boombox or ROBLOX Voice Chat is prohibited.
-
-
Breaching: The Experimental Wing houses many fun assets, however, we do not tolerate the unethical breaching of these items. Patients and Hostiles may breach assets as it is part of their team goals, but staff may not.
Bannable Offences
-
Exploiting: Exploits/external script usage is strictly prohibited. We do not tolerate the use of exploits or other external scripts, regardless if they’re for miscellaneous reasons.
-
All exploits/external script usage will be deemed harmful and will result in an indefinite ban.
-
Bypassing Chat Filter: Any chat filter bypass will not be tolerated and will result in a ban. Bypassing goes against Roblox ToS.
-
Chat filter bypass, whether it be swear words, slurs or other harmful messages, goes against ROBLOX ToS & Community Guidelines.
-
Breaking ROBLOX ToS: We do not tolerate Roblox ToS breakage, please make sure you are familiar with Roblox’s rules before playing our game.
-
Practicing inappropriate actions or sending inappropriate messages (or any not safe for work behaviour) will never be allowed in our games, this rule also upholds Roblox ToS, which strongly prohibits this.
-
Not only does this apply to chat messages, but it also applies to those that have Voice Chat enabled.
-
Ban Speedrunning: Ban speedrunning refers to users who attempt to get an immediate ban whilst playing within our servers. This is usually when users show zero care for their surroundings and make repeated attempts to break our in-game rules.
-
Our moderators are busy people, they do not have time to waste on a player constantly breaking rules. If it is clear that you are just trying to be banned, you will be banned before reaching our warning limit.
-
Repeated Warnings: Repeated warnings for the same thing, for instance, 4 or more warnings for the same or similar reasons, will result in your account being banned for a minimum of 7 days.
-
Bans with a longer duration may be issued depending on the severity of the situation and/or if the user has previously been banned and has continued to break the same/similar rules after the ban duration has ended.
Punishment Policy
-
3 Warnings: Server Kick
-
5 Warnings: 72 hour Timeban
-
8 Warnings: Permanent Ban
