FPS: ADS or no?

I’m creating a FPS duels game where you’ll be mainly dueling against others with or without friends, the main functions of the game is guns of course, I’ve been planning to add attachments to these guns like silencers, grips and that sort of stuff for cosmetic purposes, attachments also involve optics which include aim down sights being in the game, while planning attachments I found that optics would make the workload involved in the game making process tedious. I also have been recently playing games that involve no ADS to make a more competitive scene which gave me the idea to create this post and see what others think. Also to note I also have been planning to add sliding and a melee secondary system

My questions:

What would you guys prefer, ADS or no ADS
Would no ADS cause “Casual” players to avoid the game as ADS is a support for players
Which would be better for my game that has a sliding system which would be used to traverse around arenas and evade danger
