Hello everyone, I am coming out with the Beta Version of The Insane. A personal project of mine I’ve been developing since 2020. I mainly want feedback on the gameplay, I will work more on the lore after the gameplay.
I also want some feedback on this game before I start adding more floors to the game. Once I get all of this feedback, I will start working on it as soon as possible and I appreciate everyone taking the time to read this and please send me feedback!

Scale the UI
Pure darkness in here, flashlight not working (Nvm I see, we need to use gun all the time)
Overall the visuals aren’t that great but it did scare me! I love getting scared, but it might be too much for kids to handle. I recommend adding gore/blood warning (I wasn’t expecting it), increasing the light range of the gun and/or brightness of the game, adding a revive UI (Robux probably) and multiplayer mode (If you haven’t).
Thank you for the feedback and for playing!
If you could, can you please explain what I need to improve for the visuals? I’m not the best at building and UI design.
Also, do you have an idea how to scale the ui? I’ve been having trouble with that problem for the longest time and I still don’t know how to fix it. The frame is [1,0 , 1,0] and I’ve also used the AutoScale Lite but it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
No problem! Yes,
I do know how to scale UIs and I’d love to help. Do you have Discord so we can chat easier? And for the visuals I only meant the UI, the builds are simple and I like it (Extra fear for those that are claustrophobic ).The style of the UIs is different on the menu and in-game. Just pick the style and keep going with the same one.
Bro the emergency exit part was misleading, I first let the floor 2 card touch the card reader but it didn’t work so I thought I had to walk back to find the another card for the emergency exit and did it . Maybe you should add a proximity prompt for it to make it easier for dumb people like me. Other than that, cool unfinished game, but needs more updates and a bit wider pistol light
Thank you for the feedback and for playing!
I get what you mean, I thought letting the player putting the key card themself would make the game more dynamic, not sure what I was thinking at the time but I will change it into a proximity prompt.
Also I want to try to limit the light as much as I can to make the game more scary and inject fear into the player, but I will make the light wider and see if people agree.
Thank you again!
