Frame Resizes Weirdly?

you can see there is a white outline, when I try to resize a frame it resizes incorrectly, any help?

I found out GUI’s BorderMode set to Inset is causing this nvm
EDIT: Nope, nope
it’s not that

EDIT 2: OK I think I actually fixed it, Always have your frame’s size set to scale instead of offset, and amke the bordermode: “outside”
