Frappuccino - Rank Information
Each rank at Frappuccino has its special duties that they will have to carry out for Frappuccino as a whole to run smoothly. For our Middle and High-Rank members to fully understand their duties, we have compiled this for information about our ranks, including a brief description of the rank, what they can do, and the limits of how many people each of these ranks can occupy.
Low Ranks
This rank can be earned by joining the group, applying at the Applications Centre, attending interviews, or attending trainings.
Awaiting Rank - This is the first rank you’ll receive when you join the group. However, if you would like to be ranked to Premium Customer you must wait until a Manger+ ranks you. Limit: ∞
Valued Customer - This is the rank you’ll receive after being ranked by a Manger+. You’re now able to apply at the Application Centre or attend interviews. Limit: ∞
Noted Customer - This is the rank you’ll receive if you’re a former HR who has resigned. Limit: ∞
Trainee - This is the first LR. You’re not able to work behind the counter until you attend training. Limit: ∞
Junior Barista - This is the second LR. After you attend training, you’ll receive this rank. You’re now able to work behind the counter and attend training to become a Barista. Limit: ∞
Barista - This is the third LR. You’re now more experienced, you’ve learned how things go, and you’re one step away from Senior Barista. Limit: ∞
Senior Barista - This is the fourth LR. You’re on your journey to Staff Intern, the most experienced worker, you know how to deal with trollers, and the best when it comes to serving customers. You’re now able to be promoted to Staff Intern by hard work, and dedication. Limit: ∞
Staff Intern - This is the last LR. Congrats! You’re one step away from Supervisor, but you must prove that you’re able to become an MR by completing stages. These stages will provide you with information like trainings, interviews, how to deal with trollers, and much more. After that, you’ll obtain the next role, so you can help with interviews and training. Limit: 10
Middle Ranks
This rank can be earned by being promoted.
Supervisor - This is the first MR. You’ve learned a lot about how to train, and interview. You’re now allowed to train and interview yourself. Limit: 20
Assistant Manager - This is the second MR. You’re now able to help Managers at interviews and trainings. You’ll usually work with Managers to manage sessions and much more. You’re able to help rank customers or staff at interviews and trainings once granted permission from a Manager+. Limit: 15
Manager - This is the third MR. You’re able to rank customers from Awaiting Rank to Premium Customer, host sessions, and review applications. You’re also able to manage LRs at interviews, and training. Limit: 10
Administration - This is the last MR. Congratulations, you have made it to the final Middle Rank! As the Middle Rank with the most experience, lower Middle Ranks may look up to you for help. You’re able to rank Senior Barista’s to Staff Assistant and, manage the group wall. Limit: 5
High Ranks
This rank can be earned by hard work.
Development - As a developer, you create our games, clothes, and ads. This rank can be received if you work with Frappuccino. Limit: ∞
Chief Communications Officer - This is the first HR. This rank has a big say in what events we do, as they set up and host the events that take place within the Frappuccino community. They are also responsible for forming alliances with other communities on the ROBLOX platform. Limit: 4
Chief Staff Officer - This is the second HR. As a Chief Staff Officer, your job is to promote staff, moderate staff activity, keep track of inactivity notices, and demote staff. Limit: 4
Chief Operating Officer - This is the third High Rank. As a Chief Operating Officer, you can vote on some important decisions such as promotions, group events, game nights, and actions that will have to be taken regarding punishments. Limit: 4
Chief Executive Officer - This is the first SHR. As a Chief Executive Officer, you are tasked with overseeing the staff activity within Frappuccino. They must keep track of staff warnings and promotions. Limit: 4
Vice President - This is the second SHR. As a Vice President, you’ll be supervising all the ranks below you. You usually work with the President to make smart decisions. Limit: 1
President - This is the third SHR. President’s are tasked with overseeing and managing staff. They are also responsible for addressing staff warnings, suspensions, and terminations. They also must supervise Frappuccino sessions to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Limit: 1
Vice Chairwomen - The fourth SHR rank. The Vice Chairwomen manages all staff, termination, suspensions, and overseers the group. Limit: 1
Chairwomen - This is the final SHR. As the Chairwomen you’re the founder and owner of the group. Limit: 1
