Heres some tips:
Firstly, i get you dont have a lot of experience and want to gain some, but everyone would like to see what youre capable of. Just make a few simple buildings and show them here. People will appreciate it, after all, thats whats supposed to be in a portfolio.
Secondly, most developers have discord. If you would like to help out in a developer team having discord is probably required. Discord is simple and safe, so theres no reason to use it.

Hey there! Just a bit of advice when posting something like this:

Provide images of your previous works, so people know what they are hiring. If you haven’t actually made anything, I’d highly suggest doing so.

If you are as of age, I’d recommend using discord, as it’s what most people would be using, instead of Roblox chat.
