Hello, I have been looking to advertise my game but I have been having trouble with getting investors/marketers for it. So I thought of a unique and fun idea for advertising it that could benefit participants and me using this idea.
Keep in mind that when I say “both” and “you”, I am talking to everyone who would like to participate.
The Idea:
- Both of us add advertisement to each other’s games, groups, or sales products(shirts, pants, ugc, etc.). This will result in a spike of players in my game.
- From this spike, the algorithm will bring in new players who could then play your games, join your groups, or buy your products. Giving you a spike in new players and more revenue.
- 50% of revenue my own game will be split for you, until the game dies down, which will probably take a few months. If I have other people collaborating, which I probably won’t, the 50% will be split between you and them. This makes it so that whether or not the game gives you an effective spike, you will still be paid.
- This bullet isn’t completely necessary, but I thought it would be worth noting it. Adding a quest/mission in one of your games to unlock something in mine. For example, reach level 10 in your game to unlock an exclusive backdrop in my game. We can also do this vice versa for which game to have the mission or prize. We can do this for a limited time or it could be permanent, which would keep the games’ players to play the other game.
This may seem scammish, but there is nothing to lose for either of us if we do it. We both have something to gain from it. Plus, this genuinely seems like a really fun way of advertising games. If you have any modifications or questions for the collab you can reply to me here in DevForum!

Requirements:
- Your game must have a concurrent player count of around 50
- Your game must be good. I would not like my game to be associated with cash grab, grinding, pay2win simulators. However you can still send me your game so I can see if I approve it.
- Some sort of proof that you’re advertising it. If it’s a game, I can probably just join it every now and then.
