The assets are all relatively low poly (<1200 tris), the pack includes aspen, fir and pine trees. Everything including textures is custom made.

These trees, especially the leaves, look like they are from a Pixel-Style 3D Shooter or Survival game like you would find on Steam. I love it!

Good work. But leaves have black outlines. Fix it please 
(if you don’t know how to fix it: change color of nearby transparent pixels so they will match color of non transparent ones. Roblox blends textures, so black transparent pixels will do such artifacts. If you color transparent pixels, they will not impact leaves borders)
