The text in the title should be bigger and the background for the frames can be more detailed. But thank you for releasing this free kit for the community!

I can’t download it when I download it I get this

It’s a photoshop file, open it in photoshop. If you don’t know how to use photoshop or don’t have photoshop, you can instead use Photopea (online free editor without downloading), or GIMP, or Irfanview, or etc. I’ve used it and the UI works.
