This has been an on going issue for a while but users frequently are unable to get free limited UGC’s when there is plenty of stock left.
They only see this error:

Could be a server issue or some sort, have you checked if there’s any errors or something like that?

Currently it’s disabled due to some bug being abused by exploiters.
