We provide free website hosting. Unfortunately we do not possess enough manpower/time to create custom sites for every user. You’re more than welcome to learn how to program with PHP, and that should get you going. A simple Youtube search will get you on the right path

The Discord button leads me to the discord server and not the login page but the panel button does lead me to the login page but that is not clear, it just looks like the other buttons.

Our website is designed to be straight forward for new users. If you scroll down just a bit (typically new users do read a full page before signing up for services), you’ll see instructions.
I can’t help but notice you intentionally didn’t screenshot the scrollbar… But either way, if you feel there’s a better way we can design the main site, hop in the Discord and we’ll take your suggestions

At the moment, new user sign ups are suspended as confirmed in our Discord. We are working on launching a new system that will allow the end user to have more control over their site. We aren’t going to half-task or rush this new system like we did the last system.

I love this idea, however, as a web designer and server engineer, I do have a few questions/comments.

I’m not sure where you got your SSL certificate, it doesn’t seem to be from any of the free providers such as Let’s Encrypt or Cloudflare. I also noticed that the certificate is not issued to your root domain, instead, it seems to be for a mail subdomain.

It seems that your DNS or Reverse Proxy (if applicable) is running quite slow. I noticed ping times in excess of 1-5 seconds during probing. Would try to change the speed a bit if the site is self-hosted.

It’s a Let’s Encrypt certificate. R3 is their primary intermediate authority, see their Chain of Trust.
I don’t know what happened with the mail subdomain though.

Ah ok. All the let’s encrypt certs I’ve seen showed Let’s Encrypt R3 not just R3. My bad.
But yeah idk what’s with the mail subdomain.
Our SSL’s are automatically handled by our DirectAdmin system. Not too sure what’s going on with the mail subdomain.
