What is Freesia Café?

Freesia Café is a café industry promising excellent service accompanied by a wide range of hot drinks and snacks. We strive to leave a positive and breath-taking impact on the Roblox community. We believe that we can bring the community together and create a positive café environment by changing our overall procedures and way of working to make our group a more enjoyable place to work.

Freesia was established on April 16th, 2020 by imvgen, mattwyc, elliewyc & rarelyjess and has been providing excellent service ever since.

Regulations

General Rules

Disruption of gameplay is not permitted. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your removal from the server, depending on the severity. This includes remaining respectful to everyone, no matter their race, gender or sexuality.
Exploiting, hacking or any other major violation of the Roblox ToS will ultimately result in your blacklist from the community.
Raiding any server is not permitted. We retain the right to remove anyone who refuses to abide by this rule.
Advertisement isn’t permitted.

Staff Rules

All staff members should abide by the General Rules which have been put in place for the entire community.
All staff members should be using adequate, yet understandable vocabulary. This includes using grammar whilst in staff areas. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your termination.
All staff members should not be abusing any staff-related systems in-game or on our communications server. Failure to abide by this rule will ultimately result in your termination, depending on the severity.
When representing Freesia Café at an alliance, you must abide by their community regulations. Grammar should be used when representing Freesia.

Rank Information

Customers

Customer

A customer with no staff rank — Customers can visit the cafe and apply for a job.

Noted Customer

Reserved for high-ranks who have resigned, or customers who have contributed to Freesia’s development.

Business Partner

Reserved for alliance representatives.

Trainee

A trainee, with no staff experience (in some cases) who is awaiting an available training session. This rank is not considered a staff member, however they have access to kitchen & staff areas at the café


Low Ranks

Barista

A staff member who has undergone 1 training session and has enough experience to serve customers.

Skilled Barista

A staff member who has undergone 2 training sessions and has enough experience to serve customers. This rank has the ability to receive a promotion to Staff Apprentice. See “Barista Promotion Guide” for more details regarding promotions.


Middle Ranks

Staff Apprentice

A recently promoted Skilled Barista. Staff Apprentices usually spend a few weeks learning about the Middle-Rank team and its daily operations. Apprentices undergo many examinations and trials with their advisors before they officially become a Middle-Rank.

Staff Assistant

A Middle-Rank who has enough experience and skills to supervise and assist colleagues at the cafe. Staff Assistants can also train & assist at sessions.

Supervisor

A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the cafe and attend training sessions. Supervisors can also host shifts at the café.

Assistant Manager

A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the cafe and attend training sessions. Assistant Managers can host sessions & shifts.

Manager

A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the cafe and attend training sessions. Managers can host sessions & shifts.

Directional Team

The highest Middle-Rank in the group. Directional Team can supervise at the cafe, host, and attend training sessions. Directional Team is under the supervision of the Corporate Team for a future High-Rank position.


High Ranks

Executive Assistant

A recently promoted Directional Team member. Executive Assistant learns about their assigned department and assists the Leads in decision-making.

Executive Officer

The Executive Officers are experienced members of their department, and handle all departmental work. The Executive Officers reports to the Presidential Team & Department Leadership.

Executive Director

This is the highest role one can get before being considered for a Corporate rank. With such, a lot more responsibility comes into action. Executive Directors work closely with their division’s leaders to ensure tasks are carried out smoothly, and all members of the team are on-point. The EOs are carefully monitored by the Corporate Team. Getting this position isn’t straightforward – you have to consistently show dedication, leadership skills and true desire for the placement.


Presidential Team

Presidential Associate

The Presidential Associates lead their assigned departments and assist the Corporate Team in decision-making.

Vice President

The Vice Presidents help lead their assigned departments and assist the Corporate Team in decision-making.

President

The three Presidents are the current owners of the group. The Presidents oversee all departments and can overrule any decision made. This rank is unachievable.

The Staff Relations department handles all internal affairs, including promotions, staff employment, staff disciplinary and staff activity.

High-Rank Team

The high-rank team is a small team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing an unforgettable experience. Aside from their daily department-related tasks, the high-rank team manages bans, LR promotions, company reformations, staff efficiency & encrypting/logging of sensitive & mature information.

Alliance Information

Alliance Requirements

No less than 2000 non-botted group members*
No less than 250 non-botted Discord members*
Must be a company. Check below for a reference who is allowed to apply
Must not sell or give away any ranks with administrative powers
Must be well-developed, having functional games, graphics & assets
Must have a clean history with no past or current controversies

Negotiations*

An exception can be agreed upon if the group has no less than 2000 members group-wise and/or 250 members Discord-wise if we note that the group is beneficial.
You must apply for an exception request & get it accepted before actually applying with an application.

Questionnaire

V. Supply a minimum of two ambassadors on your behalf; ensure they’re in our Discord server
VI. Do you understand that Freesia Café does not announce staff applications & resumés?
VII. Attach a working link to your Roblox group and a working Discord server invite to your server.

Guidance

Contain all of your responses in a Google Document; get creative! Try to make the document look as neat as possible.
Try to write many sentences; long-response questions should receive an answer no shorter than 4 sentences.
Don’t ask about your application status for a minimum of 72 hours after submitting. We don’t just read every single application - we analyse, discuss & decide, and also write applications ourselves. Things take time!
Use proper British/American English grammar.
Do not send copied or ‘troll’ applications. Failing to abide by this may result in a blacklist from ever applying again.

Disciplinary Action

How could I receive any form of disciplinary action?

You will receive consequences based on what type of regulation you disobeyed.

What’s the disciplinary process?

Staff members are obligated to use the current warning system when dealing with disruptive customers.

Respawn > Warn > Kick (if rejoined) Respawn > S-Ban

Staff members are obligated to use the current banning system when dealing with customers who break the Roblox ToS.

Respawn > S-Ban

Staff members who disobey our community regulations are to be reported to a middle-rank. The process regarding disruptive staff members will remain classified.

Customer > Awaiting Training

Complete the barista quiz.

Trainee > Barista

Attend & pass a training session.

Barista > Skilled Barista

Attend & pass a training session.

Skilled Barista > Staff Apprentice

Work at the cafe for a minimum of 14 days and receive recommendations from other staff members.

Management Promotion Requirements

Must be active in-game & within the general community
Must be in our communications server
Must demonstrate management-desirable qualities
