Staff & Visitor Guidelines

Visitor Guidelines are applicable depending on the regulation and circumstances.

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭

Professionalism:

Professionalism behavior must be shown in all French Breakfast facilities and communications server.
All conversations must be appropriate for others.
Be respectful, mature, caring, and kind.
Do NOT start drama… such as fighting with guests, group members, or staff members.
Always wear appropriate outfits and clothing.
Use grammar at all times. Too many grammatical mistakes will lead to consequences.
Don’t only be strict and professional, but be mature too at all times.
Moderation or Administration powers are not to be abused in-game or anywhere else. MR/HR gets those powers only.

Behavior:

Do not troll at other businesses or allied groups. Most especially, at French Breakfast.
Exploiting is not tolerated at Abel’s premises. It is also not allowed at other places.
Do not mass or minor spam at other locations on ROBLOX and French Breakfast.
Going to allied groups requires maturity, kindness, and respect… you will go to allied group games to have an enjoyable time while visiting. You will go there professionally and kindly, but not strict.
Wear appropriate outfits and clothing.
Moderation or Administration powers are not to be abused in the game or anywhere else. MR/HR get those powers.

Online Behavior:

Cyberbullying is not permitted online, against the felony law. We will report you to the Federal Investigation if reported to us.
Do not scam other users.
Sharing personal privacy information with others is not tolerated and sharing other private information of someone else’s to other ROBLOX players is not tolerated either.
Exposing users is not permitted unless circumstances differ.
Attempting to do illegal business financial or trading for a group is not permitted with our group or others if found out you will be permanently banned.

If you do NOT follow these guidelines, you will receive severe consequences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I rank up from Chef In Training to get Novice Chef, Junior Chef, Senior Chef, or even Experienced Chef?
A: Attend 4 training sessions, once you reach Experienced Chef, you can no longer attend training. You will be required to naturally work your way up to obtain Staff Assistant through a promotion which will be explained further in the “Promotion Guide” section.

Q: How do I pursue a career at French Breakfast?
A: Go to the application center.

Q: How can I benefit French Breakfast?
A: You may benefit us by donating or being active and dedicating your time to the industry if you’re a staff member!

Q: Is there a unification or certain dress code?
A: We require all staff members to dress appropriately, with no inappropriate outfits or attire that covers the uniform, etc; you are required to wear our uniforms on shift which will be automatically granted to you upon entering the kitchen.

Q: How can I stay updated frequently with the community?
A: Join our communications server; link is located in our groups social link tab, or if you choose; you may follow us on Twitter

Q: How can I be apart of the development team?
A: It is not an option to be a developer at French Breakfast; the Industrial Management Directors will approach to you if we’re in need of contractors.

Q: How do I appeal my ban from French Breakfast premises or communications server?
A: In our communications server - go to the #support channel then select “Administrative Assistance” to open a ticket with the appropriate agents to assist you with the process. More information is provided below.

Q: How do I form an affiliation with French Breakfast?
A: In our communications server - go to the #support channel then select “Relation & Affairs” to open a ticket with the appropriate agents to assist you with the process. More information is provided below.

Q: How can I report a visitor or staff member?
A: In our communications server - go to the #support channel then select the following “Report Abuse (Trollers/Exploiters)” or “Staff Complaint” to open a ticket with the appropriate agents that can assist you.

Q: What is the communications server link?
A: Check the group’s social tab. Be advised that you must be 13+ to join our communications server, failure to adhere by our regulations will turn into a banishment.

Q: When will V1 release?
A: August 2020

Ban Appeal Information

If you have seeked, that you were falsely banned or wish to be unbanned from our group locations, we ask that you fill out a couple of questions. The purpose of this method is for those users who have been banned to appeal to the status of being unbanned. Please include any relevant information on your ban situation and what you have done to fix the items for your ban reasoning. We also would like for you to know, if you submit a ban appeal form, this doesn’t mean you will be unbanned. This is for us to agree together, on whether you have learned from your actions that you did.

In order to get in contact with the appropriate agent that can assist you, go to our communications server, then proceed to the #support channel and open a ticket that regards to “Administrative Assistants”. In the ticket, you shall answer the questions provided below:

Discord Username & Tag (eg. Username#0000)
What location were you banned from? (Breakfast Bar, Application Center, Discord, Training Center)
In a few sentences explain, what do you think your reasons were of being banned?
In 4-5 sentences, explain what are the things you can overcome and do to make yourself look better in certain situations?
When were you banned? (Try to remember if you can)
Why should we accept you back into our group and attend events?

Partnership Program

REQUIREMENTS

Obtain over (TBA) members, must NOT be botted. Exceptions will be taken.
Your group must be some sort of business/industry.
Ranks and group descriptions must be well designated.
Staff members must be professional, which requires grammar and no admin abuse.
Must have a communications server.
The business should be active at all times, meaning that the communications server is being interacted on a daily basis as well as shifts are being hosted.
Your business must be willing to announce most of our community events and must form alliance visits.
The business should not have a bad history and must not be involved within drama.

Submit this application by opening a ticket in the communications server by going to #support and selecting “Relations & Affairs”. It’s mandatory for you to have the application in Google Documents, if not, we will not review the application.

Promotion Guide

Low Rank

Chef In Training must attend a training session in order to work. Once you’ve passed your training session, you will rank up and attend 3 more training sessions. (4 sessions in total)
Once you reach Experienced Chef, you’ll have to do the following in order to obtain Staff Assistant (Middle Rank) - promotion guide:
- Avoid hinting.
- Do not ask for promotions.
- Must not obtain safe chat.
- Utilize excellent grammar and vocabulary.
- Must be in the Discord Server.
- To qualify for a promotion, you must actively work for 2 weeks.
- Instead of being promoted, you can fill out an SA Applications open on a monthly basis.

Middle Rank

Attend and assist at shifts & training.
Remain active.
Use excellent vocabulary & be professional.
Show High Ranks that you are showing hard work and dedication. You are NOT to tell the HRs, they will notice themselves and note you down for future promotions.
Hinting about how hard you work doesn’t help, if you hint your chances of being promoted will decrease. If it continues, a demotion will be taken.
Be positive and mature.

High Rank

SHOW THAT YOU CAN TAKE HARD STEPS
Host shifts on a daily basis or at least 2-3 times per week, as well as staff training.
Remain active with the industry.
Have excellent grammar, represent French Breakfast in a determined and professional manner.
Be professional, positive, and mature.
Show the SHR team or the ownership team that you are able to handle situations, host sessions and to keep information on Trello and discord accurate.
Do not hint about being promoted or how hard you work.
Proceed every session smoothly.
Try not to cancel any sessions, have another HR take over if available.
Post each upcoming shift & session that you host on Trello.

Do not use M unnecessarily. M is used only for important guest announcements. Communicate only important things with fellow staff members with PM. Do not TP or Bring HR unless it is critical. PM them if you need them instead.

Administrative Powers are not to be given to fellow friends or non MR/HR/SR members. The power is automatically granted upon joining the game.
