Frequent lag spikes (According to microprofiler)

So my game has just randomly started lagging and from what I can tell, this is the part that is lagging my game.

No idea why this happens or what it means, it just started really abruptly. Disabling (nearly) every script only reduces the lag abit. Any help?

Looks to be mostly caused by physics. Would recommend you to look into any un-anchored groups of parts/assemblies

could the lag be caused by mass collisions? and maybe animated objects in 2d viewport frames?
