Here at Freshii, organization is very important to us. One of the ways we can implement this is through our departments. We have 4 departments, each department is in charge of different things. We usually like to keep people in one department, due to it being easier to manage and less messy. Below, you’ll find each of our departments and what they’re in charge of. We won’t have members of the department listed here, as they change frequently. But, you can find them in our communications server, under department-information.
Presidential
The presidential team are the heads of everything. We basically overview everything. Making sure Freshii is running smoothly and everything that needs to be done is done. Near the beginning of Freshii, we are very proactive and manage everything. But, once the group begins to take off you’ll start to see less of us, as we work more behind the scenes and have hired others to work for us.
Human Resources
The human resources team is in charge of all staffing affairs. Basically management promotions, staff reports etc.
Operations
The operations department is in charge of all operations, this includes, but is not limited to trainings’, who is what department, staff procedures etc.
Communications
The communications team is in charge of managing all of our social media platforms, including our communications server. They usually interact with our community and are also in charge of all public relations.
