All terminations, demotions & promotions are handled by our human resources team. Within this section of our handbook, you’ll find out the reasons why/how you could be promoted, demoted and terminated. Terminations
Terminations mean the removal of your position, basically saying you’ve been fired. Terminations can happen for multiple reasons, such as; not meeting requirements, trolling, breaking staff handbooks and more. If you’re doing something that could result in a termination, you probably know. To be terminated, you have to really try. It’s not something we do out of discrimination or because we don’t like you.
Demotions
Demotions are handed out weekly-monthly depending on how much staff we have at the time. You may be demoted, due to us thinking someone else would better fill your position. Another reason could be is that you’ve fallen inactive and you’re not doing what you’re supposed to.
Promotions
Promotions can be given out at any time. We don’t do promotions based on how long you’ve been with us, we do promotions based on work ethic. If we can see that you’ve been working hard going above requirements and expectations, you’re more likely than others to receive a promotion.
