Friend bought me a giftcard, "Cashstar" not giving me a code, and roblox charged an extra 4 giftcards for him, also, credit is not working.

Basically, I’m working on a roblox game for a friend and hes giving me a $50 roblox giftcard. He bought it under the OFFICIAL page for gifting the card. I got a cashstar email, but it never gave me a code on that page for the digital card. Additionally, roblox charged him 3 more gift cards, not sent to me but to him. He gave me one of those codes, in which uppon redeeming, i only got the exclusive item, NOT the credit.

Expected behavior

Cashstar should give me my code, and i should get my credit and the exclusive item.

Hi, would you mind sharing a bit more details on the 3 cards?

1. Did your friend pay once or multiple times?
2. What is the amount your friend paid?

When buying the $50 gift card, the Radical Riff Guitar is a bonus item with a separate code, so likely your friend gave you that code.
What does the other two codes say?

My friend intended to pay only for 1, but it charged him an extra three out of no where. He payed around $200 and he gave me 1 code…

He has already refunded the cards, and he is unable to see the other codes, but i would still highly recommend looking at cashstar.
