My friend request page is not loading any results on Google Chrome, seems to work fine on Safari.

Maybe try clearing all roblox cookies and turn off all extensions

Roblox on Chrome isn’t working for me at all. It started 3 days ago. The profile page will load incomplete but any other pages just have a line across the top. I’ve uninstalled extensions as well as un-installed and re-installed Chrome with no luck. I’ve made no changes so I’m not really sure why this happened.

Did you try delete all 
from roblox
I did delete the cookies. I finally got it to work but that’s not to say it won’t happen again.
