On the Xbox app, it is impossible to view your Friends list, and has been for several months since this ever started happening.
Expected Behavior
I should be shown a new list of users displaying with all my friends from Roblox upon clicking All
Actual Behavior
I am being redirected to the “Online” category upon clicking All

Thanks for the report. Am I correct in assuming that the issue is that you cannot see any offline friends (and only the currently online friends)?
Yes, that is correct. When attempting to view all friends, the button does nothing.

This is no longer an issue as Roblox’s new console refresh will completely eliminate this bug.
