I can’t reproduce this so it seems it’s specific to you. You should check the console for any errors in red and post them here, otherwise it’ll be difficult for engineers to diagnose the issue. If you’re on Chrome, you can access the console by Ctrl + Shift + I
Additionally, you can try clearing your cache/cookies which could act as a temporary solution.
I do not have any errors, nor any extensions. I have talked to other friends who are experiencing the same issue so its not specific to me.
This happened to me too. Issue was already reported and they said they were working on solving it around 2 months ago.
For now a workaround that fixed it for me is resetting the cookies stored on the Roblox website and refreshing the website. Hasn’t happened to me again since.
I cleared my cookies, deleted extentions and cleared all browser data and it still occours for me

Any updates on this? I am still having this problem a month later.
There is a temporary fix for this if anyone is interested –
Open inspect element (or press F12) on the Roblox website.
Go to the Application
tab and select this
Search “Friends” and delete some of the keys in there.
Refresh your Roblox page and you should be able to view friends again.
I just repeat the above process when this bug appears.
