When looking at the options for friends listed under your friends page I think some additional options are in order; such as:
Join Game, Party User, and the various other options found on the users profile page. It seems a bit redundant to go to the friends page, click on their avatar to arrive at their profile page and send a message, or follow the person when it could be done in shorter steps
