Official Frizzed Training Guide!

Here at Frizzed, we host sessions depending on the demand for a session, please request a new training in our communications server if needed. Trainings are used to rank up within our group up to the Manager role, with unique training curriculum for each role.

Please ensure trainees know they should join the Frizzed group before attempting to train!
Ensure you are training trainees only, please direct them to the Quiz Centre if they are a visitor!

Training Guide | Module 1

Below is a detailed training guide for your virtual hosts at Frizzed Cafe. These instructions cover everything from hosting in the lobby to managing trainees.

Frizzed Cafe Virtual Host Training Guide

1. Lobby Hosting:

• Script
  • “Hello! I’m your (username), your host for the upcoming session scheduled at MM:HH GMT! Please stay seated, we will be starting this training soon."

Action: Welcome each guest who has joined and assign them all equally in groups, you must aim to place similar people in similar roles into the same groups: “Group A”, “Group B” and “Group C” etc - You must assign each “Group” a Trainer (Assistant Manager+).

• “Hi team! Thank you for joining us today, we will now be starting the training. Please note that all ranks can attend training, however we will uniquely train each role differently."

• “Group A - please follow (assigned trainer) to your assigned training section."

• “Group B - please follow (assigned trainer) to your assigned training section."

• “Group C - please follow (assigned trainer) to your assigned training section."

Each group will rotate across different assignments listed below, based on the trainer’s discretion. Please inform the trainer to pick an assignment and get them to inform you of which they have picked. They cannot have the same assignment at the same time.

Before the trainer begins, they must give the trainees a brief of the assignment. Please ensure the trainers follow the brief script for each assignment. The is also a points system that is merit-based which they must explain before beginning.

Trainer’s Script

“Hi team! Nice to meet you, I’m (name) and will be your trainer for today.”
“Before we begin, I’d like to explain that I will award you 1 point for every successful action you make during each assignment. However, I may deduct 1 point for every wrong action you make. It’s pretty simple!”

Trainer+ = Assistant Manager+
Host+ = Staff Coordinator+

Point Commands you will use
!point (username - can be shortened)
!remove (username - can be shortened)
Host+ can use !clearpoints

For this group, we will be focusing on

Assignment A - Self-Order / Cooking

1. You will order food on the self-order system for each player.
2. You will ask them to !claim (order number)
3. You will instruct them to cook the food and ask them to give the food back to you using !h (username) and see if it’s correct.
4. You will repeat this for all of the trainees in your group.

Assignment B - Registers

1. Get the trainees lined up at each register.
2. You will approach each trainee and order anything off of the menu.
3. Ensure they input the order correctly in the register.

Assignment C - Trolling (If there are too many people)

1. Once the register group is ready, you will instruct your group to troll the register group and give them a maximum of three warnings.
2. You must instruct when your group starts trolling and should stop trolling at your discretion.
