:necktie:How to get a job:
To get a job at Frootz, there are three small steps. Join the group, take an application/interview and attend a training session. It’s as easy as that!

  • Join the group - Join the group by clicking Frootz and hitting “Join group”.

  • Take an application/Interview - Take an application at our Application Center which is open ALL DAY EVERY DAY, or if you would like to take an interview, look at our Trello Page for our session times and join the Interview Center before it slocks.

  • Attend a training session - If you pass your application/interview, you will need to attend a training session at our Training Center. You find training times on our Trello Page, just like the interviews.

NOTE: Our Interview/Training Centers are in mid-development, so the application is the only available place to become a trainee.

:clipboard:Job Information & Limits:
Here are the lists of roles, what each role does and the role’s maximum amount of players.

:dizzy:NON-STAFF

  • Customer [∞]- These are members of the group that regularly visit the cafe and enjoy visiting the cafe.

  • Suspended [∞] - These are staff that have, unfortunately, broken staff rules. These members only stay in this rank for a limited time as it is a punishment rank.

  • Noted Customer [∞] - These are former HRs that have served Frootz but have sadly left us.

  • Trainees [∞]- These are people that have successfully passed their application/interview. They only need to attend a training session to fully become staff.

:star:LOW RANKS (LRs):

  • Junior Barista [∞] - Junior Baristas work behind the counter taking customers’ orders and making the treats/beverages ordered. They are newly trained staff and require 200 points to obtain the role “Barista”.

  • Barista [∞] - Baristas also work behind the counter taking customers’ orders and making the treats/beverages ordered. They are more experienced Baristas, however, they haven’t fully reached the Senior level and require 400 points to obtain the role “Senior Barista”.

  • Senior Baristas [∞] - Senior Baristas also work behind the counter taking orders and making the treats/beverages ordered. They are the best at their job and have constantly worked hard to get to their position. Senior Baristas are now on the radar to become MRs as HRs will be looking out for new Seniors to join the MR Team.

:star2:MIDDLE RANKS (MRs):

  • Staff Assistant [35] - Staff Assistant is the first MR rank. These players have excelled at their job whilst being a Barista and have shown that they deserve a promotion. They interview at interview sessions and help trainers at training sessions. They also can supervise the cafe if there are enough Baristas at the counters and no Supervisors+ present. (Points no longer matter in MR ranks as MRs are hand-picked by HRs that believe the player deserves the promotion).

  • Supervisor [30] - Supervisors are players that have continued to show their dedication and have been promoted again due to their hard work. They also interview at interviews and train at training sessions. They supervise the cafe and work at the counter if there are no Baristas.

  • Management [25] - Management are players that have consistently worked hard and excelled at their job. They handle reports and also help pick people to train/help at training if there is too much staff. They also can co-host a session alongside an HR. [Management can only co-host alongside HRs or when given permission by an HR. They cannot co-host alongside Senior Management without HRs or HR permission].

  • Senior Management [10] - Senior Management is the final rank before obtaining the HR rank. They can host secondary servers when an HR is hosting a session and also handle reports along with management. They supervise the cafe and can host sessions when given permission from an HR.

:sparkles:HIGH RANKS (HRs):

  • Corporate Assistants [5] - Corporate Assistants have shown through immense dedication and hard work, that they deserve to become an HR. They can host sessions, interviews, training and event nights. They can promote people and they handle ban appeals.

  • Corporate Team - The Corporate Team is broken into three parts; Relations, Staffing, and Operations. When a Corporate Assistant is being promoted, they are given a choice between the three ranks. None of the ranks have a higher power, however, they all have different roles whilst still completing the roles a Corporate Advisor does.

    • Chief Relations Officer [3] - Chief Relations Officers are in charge of everything related to alliances. They deal with creating new alliances, changing alliance requirements, warning alliances, terminating alliances and announcing any alliance events.

    • Chief Staffing Officer [3] - Chief Staffing Officers are in charge of making new staff policies, rank changes/updates and seeing if Staff Assistant+ are doing their jobs to the fullest.

    • Chief Operating Officers [3] - Chief Operating Officers are in charge of thinking of new ideas such as adjusting the interview/training procedures. They manage the day to day running, such as observing the group wall, cafe, dealing with the higher end reports and dealing with the reports Management+ have reviewed.

  • Board of Directors [3] - Board of Directors have shown incredible dedication and loyalty to Frootz and have achieved the highest rank obtainable. They look over every rank below them and are in charge of dealing with any MR+ issues.

  • Vice Chairman & Chairman - Reserved for the group’s owner.
