Rank Structure
Official Structure of Frosty’s Cafe
(1) - Customer (Buy’s coffee/food)
(2) - Premium Customer (This rank will be given to Friends or special guests. You’ll only obtain this rank if you personally know the Co-Founders+, or are a famous celebrity) Special Rank
(2) - Allied Representative (This rank can only be obtained by being an ally with Frosty’s Cafe) Special Rank
(X) - Suspended (This rank can only be obtained if you were a previous SHR+ caught betraying, or breaking the regulations at Frosty’s Cafe. You will never be able to become an HR+ again.)
Frosty’s Staff | Low Ranks
(3) - Trainee LR (A person who has just passed their application and is ready to get trained for the first time to become a Barista)
(4) - Junior Barista LR ( A person who has just passed their first training and is now a Junior Barista. They need at least (50) points to be able to get trained again.
(5) - Barista LR (They have just passed their 2nd training and now they are a little experienced as a Barista. They need (100)
points to be able to attend their next training
(6) - Experienced Barista LR (They have just passed their 3rd training and have become an experienced barista. To attend
their last training, they need about (170) points.
(8) - Senior Barista LR (They have just passed their 4th and final training and are now seniors at being a barista. They need (250) points to get the last barista role.
(9) - Lead Barista LR (They have just achieved the final barista role at Frosty’s Cafe. To get a promotion, they have to be spotted by a MR or a HR to get a chance to be on our staff team. Our staff can NOT recommend you just because you’re a friend or you know them, they have to work for it.
Frosty’s Staff | Middle Ranks
(10) - Staff Assistant MR (They have just been promoted to the first management rank here at Frosty’s Cafe. Their job is to view the workers and to sometimes help assist in our training we do frequently. They are allowed to give notices to HR’s if you think they should be promoted.
(12) - Supervising Team MR (They are the 2nd rank in our management at Frosty’s Cafe. They have been doing a great job at their job as a staff assistant and got noticed. Their job is the same as SA to just view the cafe and to make sure no one raids or trolls us. They can also assist in training if they want.
(13) - Administration Team MR (They are the 3rd rank in our management team at Frosty’s Cafe. They have now been trusted enough to be able to have handcuffs. Their job is to make sure our cafe is running smoothly as possible and to handcuff anyone who trolls. They can assist in training as well.
(14) - Assistant Manager MR (They have just been promoted to the 4th rank in our management team at Frosty’s Cafe. They are now to look up at our managers and to learn from them and be able to learn the tasks they do. They are allowed to assist in training as well. They are also granted handcuffs to make sure we don’t have trollers in the game.
(15) - Manager MR (They have just been promoted to the final management rank here at Frosty’s Cafe. They have developed knowledge on how to fully supervise Frosty Cafe. They are granted cuffs to make sure we don’t have any trollers in our game. They can also assist in training as well. To get promoted to HR, they need to be active and understand everything you have to do as a MR.
Frosty’s Staff | High Ranks
(16) - Assistant Director HR ( Assistant Directors are the first HR rank in Frosty’s Cafe. They are responsible for co-hosting training and making sure that MR and LR do their job. To attain this position, HR+ must recognize your dedication and hard work. )
(17) - Director HR ( Directors are responsible for co-hosting training and ranking passing trainees. To attain this position, one must have served as an Assistant Director for a considerable time, demonstrated hard work, and received
recommendations from staff members.)
(18) - Executive Assistant HR (Executive Assistants are eligible to join a department within Frosty’s Cafe, such as Operations, Public Relations, or Human Resources. This role requires prior experience as a Director, a strong work ethic, and staff recommendations. It carries significant
responsibility, serving as a preparatory stage for
corporate-level positions. )
(19) - Executive Officer HR (Executive Officers are still eligible to join a department within Frosty’s Cafe, such as Operations, Public Relations, or Human Resources. This role requires prior experience as an Executive Assistant, a strong work ethic, and staff recommendations. It carries significant responsibility, serving as a preparatory stage for corporate-level positions. )
Frosty’s Staff | Senior High Ranks
(20) - Board of Directors SHR (The Board of Directors are one of the highest-ranking officials within Frosty’s Cafe. They are responsible for making strategic decisions that guide the Cafe in the right direction. Their leadership ensures that Frosty’s Cafe maintains its standards of excellence and continues to grow and succeed.)
(21) - Vice President SHR (The Vice President assists the President in day-to-day operations, hosts group wide events and assures things run smoothly.)
(22) - President SHR (The President manages the group’s operations, development and acts as an overseer over all staff of the company.)
(X) - Vice Chairman O (The Vice Chairman/Chairwoman are the assistants of the Chairman/Chairwoman. They make sure that the SHRs are doing their job, as well as manage the Cafe for the Founders. This rank can be only obtained if its given by Co-Founder+)
(X) - Chairman O (The Chairman/Chairwoman is the one who manages the entire cafe. They make sure that staff are hosting Shifts/Trainings daily, making sure staff are active, they manage the Cafe for the Founders, and they handle any other events. This rank can be only obtained if its given by Co-Founder+)

Welcome to the Frosty’s Café Alliance Guide! We’re so glad you are eager to affiliate with us. Here we will be discussing alliance requirements, the application, and contact information regarding our Public Relations Department for any concerns and inquiries regarding affiliations.
Our Requirements:
Frosty’s PRD is looking for groups that share the same goals and align with our ways of staffing and keeping an orderly as well as an engaging community. We want both groups involved in the alliance to thrive, so we want active groups! Both parties must benefit each other and help maintain a healthy alliance. Please look below if you are looking to affiliate!
- Your establishment must have 20+ members in both Roblox and Discord.
- Group must maintain an active community within both Discord and Roblox.
- Your establishment must not have a bad reputation.
- Your establishment must be willing to announce Frosty’s Café’s announcements.
- Your establishment must not sell ranks with administrative abilities.
Make sure your establishment meets all these requirements, and once you are sure, feel free to reach out to Frosty’s Café’s Public Relations Department through the “Affiliation Request Ticket” found in #support through our communications server. When answering why you want to affiliate, be sure to write in 3 or more sentences for better chances of acceptance!
Promotion Guide
Trainee
As a trainee you need to have 100 points to attend a training for Junior Barista. If you pass the training you will be promoted to Junior Barista!
Junior Barista
Now as a junior barista to be promoted you will need to have 220 to be able to attend a training. If you pass the training then congrats you’re a Barista!
Barista
Now as a Barista you will need to get over 400 points to be able to attend a training to become a Senior barista. If you pass the training then you will be promoted to Senior Barista!
Senior Barista
Now as a Senior Barista you will need to get over 600 points and you will be auto ranked to Lead Barista!
Lead Barista
Now as a Lead Barista you will need to attend Shifts and go above and beyond to get a recommendation for Staff assistant. This can take time but if a HR/MR recommends you and SHRs promote you congratulations you have become a Staff Assistant which is a MR!

How do I work here?

I’m a trainee, how do I get promoted?
You earn promotions by attending and passing training. You must also meet the points required for each promotion before joining a training. Once you reach Barista you will no longer be able to attend training for promotions. For more information please visit the promotion guidebook!
I’ve been an MR for awhile now, and I haven’t been promoted to an HR Position. What should I be doing to get promoted?
To become an HR you must prove to SHRs that you meet the qualifications. You need to stand out from other MRs by working hard and showing dedication. HRs must be respectful and professional at all times. It can take some time as we don’t bring in a lot of HRs. There are other times where we aren’t looking for a HR, in which case you will have to wait until a spot opens up.
I’ve been waiting all day for training. Can you host them now, or give me a seperate training?
As much as we would like to have trainings hosted at all times of the day, it is simply not possible. We also do not give one-on-one sessions as that would be unfair to others. We host sessions as much as we can and if you look at the discord you will most likely find someone hosting a training at some point in the day.
I passed my training, but I wasn’t promoted. What should I do?
You should try to contact the staff member that passed you as soon as possible. If you cannot reach them, contact any of our HRs about your situation, and we will look into it as quickly as we can.
