Frozen Animations

Sometimes when you play an animation on someone, they freeze on the last frame of said animation forever. It looks awful, and preloading the animations doesn’t seem to help.

FilteringEnabled?

Had the same problem with just the default animations, but noticed it only happened with filtering enabled :frowning:

Yup. Filtering enabled. Really frustrating because it can not only affect game play but also just looks bad I’m general.

Can you guys give me an example of FilteringEnabled causing this issue? Currently animation is controlled by physics, which is completely NOT filtered.

We had an issue with FilteringEnabled last week, and it was effecting ALL default character animation. This was fixed. It sounds like your issue is different, so if you have an example, please let me know.

Ive only had this happen a few times, but I don’t know how to reliably reproduce it again.

Well, it is hard to play either lor or engineers for 30 minutes and not see someone with a stuck animation. Preloading doesn’t help. It always traps at the last frame of the animation… almost as if it doesn’t want to give up playing that one. Once it is finished, you can still play animations, but that new frame is the default position for that character.

It seems there are more bugs than were once thought with FilteringEnabled… :frowning:

I don’t think you can reliably say it’s because of FE
