Frozey | Cashier Expectations

Introduction

Cashiers are the face of the company for Frozey. When a customer walks in and is ready to order, Cashiers are one of the first people they see and interact with. To make sure that every customer has a great experience at Frozey, we have set some guidelines that are important to follow.

General Rules

These rules apply to Trainees, Junior Cashiers, Cashiers, and Senior Cashiers.

Dress Code
For Cashiers, the dress code is fairly lenient. Please make sure that you are wearing a shirt, and a pair of pants. Any bypassed clothing items worn at Frozey will result in an immediate demotion, as we take our professionalism seriously. After being demoted and warned, you will be banned. We recommend that you wear the default 1.0 package, although this is not needed.

Greeting
When someone walks up to your register, you are expected to greet them. Please make sure your greeting is tidy and grammatically correct! It is recommended to save time that you copy and paste your greeting message, to allow for maximum productivity.

Respect
It is important to treat your fellow co-workers and customers with respect at all times.

Professionalism
While you’re on the clock inside the kitchen, it is important for you to be as professional as possible. While you’re not clocked in or in the kitchen, you do not have to be professional or use grammar, although it is recommended.

Warning Policy
If someone is trolling at your register, it is important to first give them a little reminder such as “Please order properly or leave”. If the customer continues to troll, please call Helper+ over. This can be done by using the “call” command. If there is no MR/HR in the server, please notify a MR/HR in the Discord Server.

Helper Rules

These rules apply to Helpers only. Helpers are also expected to follow all the Cashier rules as well.

Admin Abuse
Abusing your admin will result in immediate termination of your rank, and you will be exiled without the possibility of an appeal. Once we put our trust in you, we expect you not to break it.

Confidentially
Sometimes, Helpers may know about certain things before the general public does to ensure that they can be prepared and do their job to the best of their ability. They are expected to not discuss future events with anyone below their rank until it has been released.

Final Notes

If something is unclear about the expectations, please message a MR/HR and we will gladly assist you!
