Frozey | Rank Information

Introduction

This post outlines the standardized ranking system Frozey uses. Each section will include the ranks responsibilities as well as a brief description of each ranking section. Keep in mind, there are some special and unique ranks in our Discord server.

Customer Ranks

Customer ranks are for dedicated customers who support Frozey. They have no special permissions.

[1] Customer
This is the first rank when joining the group.

[2] Noted Customer
A Noted Customer is someone who has in some way contributed to Frozey in a big way. Usually, this position is reserved for previous HR or very active customers.

Cashier Ranks

Cashiers are the front line of Frozey. They ensure your order is made to perfection! Cashiers receive the ability to create orders.

[3] Trainee
Trainees are individuals who have recently passed an interview session! Trainees are given the ability to create orders and earn worker points!

[4] Junior Cashier
Trainees can achieve the rank of Junior Cashier by having at least 300 worker points, and completing a training with the required amount of points.

[5] Cashier
Junior Cashiers can achieve the rank of Cashier by having at least 750 worker points, and completing a training with the required amount of points.

[6] Senior Cashier
Cashiers can rank up to Senior Cashier by having at least 1,500 worker points, and completing a training with the required amount of points.

Staff Transition Ranks

Staff Transition Ranks are the first steps to becoming a MR/HR!

[7] Helper
The rank of Helper can be obtained by putting in a large amount of time and effort into Frozey. More information can be found in the “Senior Cashier Promotion Guide” section of the Information Portal. They are expected to help around Frozey, and engage in the community as frequent as possible. Helpers may attend interview and training sessions as spectators.

Staff Ranks

The staff team is composed of staff members help maintain Frozey! These ranks are earned, not given out.

[8] Staff Assistant
Staff Assistants have the ability to issue bans and warnings in game. They are expected to learn all staff procedures if they wish to rank up.

[9] Supervisor
Supervisors have the ability to host interviews. It is recommended they be as active as possible in the restaurant

[10] Floor Manager
Floor Managers have the ability to demote abusive workers and promote users during training/interviews. There main focus is on management of the restaurant

[11] Shift Manager
Shift Managers have the exact same permissions as “Floor Managers”, but instead there main focus is on management of training/interview sessions.

Administration Ranks

Administration is a special division of the Staff Team. They control and maintain things that are needed to smoothly run Frozey.

[12] Executive Assistant
Executive Assistants are expected to learn Administration procedures in order to rank up.

[13] Administrator
Administrators are tasked with ranking up anyone below the rank of Shift Manager. This includes ranking up people from Senior Cashier to Helper when it is appropriate.

[14] Chief Staff Officer
Head of all promotions and demotions. Able to appeal bans within reason. Can call votes with the Executive Team for the termination of a Staff Member within reason.

[15] Chief Operating Officer
A Chief Executive Officer is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business.

Executive Ranks

This is the highest group of ranks at Frozey. They make executive decisions regarding Frozey.

[16] Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer oversees all actions in the group.

[17] Developer
Developers are people who currently work and develop all Frozey places.

[18] Vice President
Second in command. Passes executive decisions.

[19] President
Ultimate decisions in all things related to Frozey.
