Introduction
This post outlines the standardized ranking system Frozey uses. Each section will include the ranks responsibilities as well as a brief description of each ranking section. Keep in mind, this does not include every administrative role at Frozey.
Customer Section
This section outlines the Customer Ranks. Special in-game perks are given to Customers that are not given to regular guests!
[1] Customer
This is the first rank in the group. This rank can be obtained by simply joining the group. This rank has permissions to view and post on the group wall!
[2] Noted Customer
This rank is reserved for well known members of the Frozey Community, and Former HRs. This rank has the same permissions as Customer.
Cashier Section
This section outlines the Cashier Ranks. Cashiers play a huge role in the Frozey Community, as they are the representatives of our corporation!
[3] Trainee
This rank can be obtained by filling out an application at the Application Center. This rank has permissions to create orders for customers and access to the kitchen.
[4] Junior Cashier
This rank can be obtained by attending one training session as a Trainee. This rank has the same permissions as Trainee.
[5] Cashier
This rank can be obtained by attending one training session as a Junior Cashier. This rank has the same permissions as Junior Cashier.
[6] Senior Cashier
This rank can be obtained by attending one training session as a Cashier. This rank has the same permissions as Cashier.
[7] Lead Cashier
The Lead Cashier rank is not obtainable by trainings. The individual must be a Senior Cashier, and obtain 350 points in the parlor to achieve this rank.
Staff Transition Section
This section outlines the Staff Transition Rank. They play a huge role in Helping out ranks lower than them.
[8] Helper
Please refer to the Public Handbook’s “Senior Cashier Promotion Guide” for more information on how to get ranked as a Helper. This rank has permissions to kick users, attend training sessions as a mirror, and more.
Staff Section
This section outlines the Staff Ranks. They are responsible for the general moderation in all Frozey establishments.
[9] Staff Assistant
This rank can be obtained by Helpers after showing that they understand all Staff protocols. This rank receives various permissions in relation to in-game moderation.
[10] Supervision Team
The Supervision Team is expected to supervise Frozey establishments in an efficient and effective manner. This rank, and all ranks above it, will receive all in game permissions.
[11] Management Team
The Management Team is expected to manage Frozey establishments, and manage certain aspects of our Communications Server. Management has the ability to rank up anyone from a Customer Rank to Trainee whilst reading Applications, and rank a user up during training sessions to the appropriate rank.
Administration Section
This section outlines the Administration Ranks. They are responsible for completing admin duties, and keeping track of most aspects at Frozey.
[12] Executive Assistant
Executive Assistants are responsible for assisting with Administration duties, and some Executive duties.
[13] Administration Team
The Administration Team is expected to properly and effectively make sure the everyday tasks at Frozey are running smoothly. They have the ability to rank up Senior Cashiers to Helpers.
[14] Chief Staff Officer
Chief Staff Officer is in a fusion rank between Administration and Executive sections. They are expected to make sure that everything is running smoothly in all Administration Departments, and make sure all Staff are working properly. They are expected to answer questions from MRs and HRs accurately and professionally, or direct them to a Higher Rank who would be able to help them further. They have the ability to rank up anyone to any rank below CSO.
Executive Section
These roles are less geared toward in-game activity, and more geared toward Executive Operations within Frozey.
[15] Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operations Officers are all assigned a specific task they are in charge of. They are the overseer of this task, and are responsible for the smooth running of that task.
[16] Chief Executive Officer
A Chief Executive Officer works hand and hand with the Developers, Vice President, and President to pass Executive Decisions within the group. The CEO plays a pivotal role in HR Operations, HR Promotions, and MR/HR Firings.
[17] Developer
Developers are users who are currently contracted to complete work for Frozey. These include UI Designers, Builders, and Programmers.
[18] Vice President
Second in command. Vice Presidents are tasked with maintaining Executive Decisions, and implementing them.
[19] President
The owner of the company. This rank has the final say in all Executive Decisions.
Holder Section
This section is for the “Holder” rank. It is not an Executive Rank, and is merely here to hold the group to prevent it from being lost if something were to happen to the current President.
[20] Holder
Group holding account. This rank serves no purpose other than to hold the group.
Conclusion
