Introduction
The Staff Team is an integral part of Frozey. They ensure the community is running at the highest possible standard possible. To do this, the Staff Team has strict and important guidelines that must be followed.
General Expectations
These rules pertain to every section of the Staff Team. This includes all Interns, Staff Ranks, Administrative Ranks, and Executive Ranks.
Professionalism
Although Cashiers are expected to only be professional while in the kitchen, Staff Team Members must be professional at all times. This includes in the Discord server and all Frozey related games.
Confidentiality
The Staff Team will always know about events before the general public to ensure they are ready for something, and it’s not a surprise. Please only discuss this in Staff Chat, and do not inform anyone below the rank of Intern about it, unless you have clearance to do so. If you accidentally leak confidential information in a public chat, try your best to play it off.
Admin Abuse
Admin abuse will result in an immediate termination of your rank. Abusing admin commands is an extreme offence and it will not be taken lightly.
Activity
All ranks above Intern must attend at least two training sessions and two interview sessions per week, or spend at least three hours at Frozey facilities in a weeks total.
Inactivity
We understand that our Staff Members can run busy lives, but it is important to let us know if you won’t be able to meet your activity margins for a week, or that you will be away for an extended period of time. Please contact a Chief Staff Officer to fill out an inactivity form.
