Welcome to the Frozey V3 Public Handbook! Everything ranging from rank description, training schedule, rules & regulations and much more are contained within this forum post. This handbook is designed to provide community members with the necessary information about our company and how we operate.
This handbook was created by the Frozey Human Resources Department and managed by the Frozey Leadership Team. If you have questions, concerns or believe information is missing from this post, please notify a member of the Human Resources Department. You may do this by joining our Communications Server and opening a support ticket or by direct messaging any online Human Resources member.
Code of Conduct
The Frozey Code of Conduct is put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly on all of our establishments. Breaking any of the rules below is prohibited and doing so will result in appropriate punishment, this includes members of all ranks.
Minor Infractions
Minor Infractions are those which are not considered to be as serious as major infractions which is stated below minor infractions. However, any bans may be appealed. The staff team has every right to deny your appeal if they feel the reason/evidence provided is insufficient.
Trolling**
Trolling within the Frozey community will not be tolerated. Trolling of any kind within Frozey will result in a warning and then a kick, if you continue after receiving a kick you will be banned immediately.
Spamming
Spamming will not be taken lightly and will result in an immediate kick, if you come back and continue, you will be banned.
Bypassing
Bypassing any inappropriate language is strictly prohibited, as this is against the Roblox Terms of Service, make sure all messages you send abide by this rule. Any attempts to bypass this rule will result in consequences depending on the severity of the word.
Common Sense
Do not attempt to find any loopholes within the rules, anyone caught doing so will be dealt with accordingly. The staff team has a right to ban you for anything not mentioned here, within reason
Affiliate Information
These are our general requirements. If you would like an exception for any of the requirements, please contact us and we will inspect the group to our greatest ability to ensure your group can form an affiliation with Frozey! Note that your group must be close to the requirements in order to qualify for an exception.
Requirements
- Your group must have a minimum of 5,000 members.
- Your group must have an active Communications Server with at least 700 members.
- Your group must be a professional and well-rounded entity.
- Your group must have a main game. (Ignore this requirement if you’re a clothing group, development studio or graphics distributor)
- Your group must be willing to shout anything asked of within your Discord Servers.
- Your group must be on good terms with Frozey, and willing to host events with one another.
- Your group must not sell any MR+ ranks or any ranks that have admin.

How to Rank Up
Looking to rank up? Below will provide a extensive explanation on how to obtain each rank. Still confused? Try asking an administrator for help in game, or join our Communications Server.
Awaiting Training
You can obtain this rank by taking the quiz in our Application Center, or by talking to the interviewer in the Frozey game.
Junior Cashier
You can obtain this rank by attending a training session at one of the designated times. You can find the times to attend in the training center game description, or by looking for the sign in the game!
Experienced Cashier
You can obtain this rank once you reach 100 points as a Junior Cashier in the parlor. You can obtain points by mopping spills and serving customers orders with the cash register.
Junior Scooper
Attend a training session as a Experienced Cashier. You can find the times to attend in the training center game description, or by looking for the sign in the game!
Experienced Scooper
You can obtain this rank once you reach 200 points as a Junior Scooper in the parlor. You can obtain points by mopping spills and serving customers orders with the cash register.
Parlor Leader
You can obtain this rank once you reach 350 points as a Experienced Scooper in the parlor. You can obtain points by mopping spills and serving customers orders with the cash register.
