Welcome to Frutí’s Rank Descriptions Guide! This guide was created to provide some information about the tasks and skills of each rank at Frutí, as well as which ranks are classified as LRs, MRs, HRs, and Leadership. No staff members are free-ranked; all staff have earned their respective positions.
Rank Hierarchy
Non-Staff
There are no rank limits enforced on non-staff.
Guest: Non-group members.
Customer: The base rank of the group. If a Customer desires to become a Trainee, they must pass the quiz at the quiz center.
Noted Customer: This rank is reserved for former High Ranks and Leadership Team members. They have made significant contributions to Frutí and have had an impact on the group.
Business Partner: This rank is reserved for business representatives sent on behalf of our affiliates. Business partners can conduct an alliance visit at the juice bar.
Low Ranks
There are no rank limits enforced on the LR Team.
Trainee: First rank of the LR Team. Members of this rank have passed the automated Trainee quiz and must attend a training session to receive Junior Barista.
Junior Barista: Junior Baristas have been thoroughly trained and are officially able to work behind the counter at the juice bar. All low ranks should be helpful and polite with others.
Barista: Baristas are the more experienced staff members and have grasped a general understanding of how the group works. 175 points must be obtained to receive Barista.
Senior Barista: Final rank of the LR Team. Senior Baristas are the most experienced LRs and are experts behind the counter. 400 points must be obtained to receive Senior Barista.
Middle Ranks
Rank limits are enforced on the MR Team.
Staff Assistant (30): First rank of the MR Team. Staff Assistants are responsible for monitoring the juice bar and assisting at trainings with other MRs.
Supervisor (23): Supervisors are also tasked with supervising the juice bar, however, they may host trainings as well. Co-hosts are nonexistent here.
Manager (16): Managers possess the same duties as Supervisors, except they are allowed to be a “mock promoter” at trainings if a promoter isn’t available.
Administrator (9): Final rank of the MR Team. Administrators are the most experienced MRs, therefore they are granted permission to promote at trainings and demote LRs. Administrators will choose a department to join before they become a High Rank. HR promotions are incredibly difficult to achieve, so be sure to make yourself stand out and put in your best effort.
High Ranks
Rank limits are enforced on the HR Team.
Board of Directors (10): First rank of the HR Team. Members of this rank are new department officials and are responsible for completing their department’s duties on a weekly basis. BoDs are split evenly into Staff Management and Public Relations, with five members in both.
Corporate Officer (6): Corporate Officers are the more experienced HRs. If incredible ethics are displayed, two Corporate Officers will be chosen as co-leads of their departments, with one in both.
Corporate Director (2): Final rank of the HR Team. The two members of this rank lead their departments because phenomenal leadership and problem-solving skills were shown.
Leadership Team
Rank limits are enforced on the Leadership Team.
Vice President (2): The Vice Presidents of Frutí work together to oversee and collaborate with the HR Team to make appropriate decisions for the benefit of the community.
President (1): The President of Frutí works closely with the Vice Presidents and the Chairman to ensure all group operations (besides development) are running smoothly.
Frutí API (1): An automated account utilized for confidential purposes. Unattainable.
Chairman (1): The Chairman owns the group and coordinates any operations pertaining to development. The Chairman also has the final verdict in any group decision. Unattainable.
