When I have a fullscreen gui and I change the position, it doesn’t allow the gui to be bigger than this on mobile. Basically the size {1,0,1,0} won’t work when changing position.
Is the position 0,0,0,0?
I’d also check the following settings on the ScreenGui that the frame should be under:
