Fullvoid Moderation Guidelines

These guidelines are intended to describe reasonable moderation within all games owned by Fullvoid Studios. If you feel that a Fullvoid moderator has unjustly violated these guidelines, message Norteous to resolve the situation. If deemed necessary, a moderator may violate these guidelines. Such decisions will be held for review if requested by the offending user.

In these guidelines, the term “Moderation Abuse” refers to the use of admin powers to wrongfully punish a user. The term “Admin Abuse” refers to the use of admin powers to disrupt game play by annoying or harassing users.*

All moderators must be 13+. If it is found that a current moderator does not meet this requirement, they will be immediately demoted.**

*Custom events, games, and fun chaos are permitted. This does NOT include random killing.
**Exceptions may be made under special conditions that are to be discussed privately.

These guidelines may be subject to change at any time. Please ensure you follow the most up-to-date version.


REPORTING

If you wish to report a moderator for MODERATION ABUSE, you must include the following information:

  • Moderator’s username
  • Type of punishment
  • Reason of punishment as stated in your warn, kick, or ban message.
  • A brief description of what led up to the abuse.

If you have video or photo evidence of moderation abuse, it may improve the speed and effectiveness of your report.

If you wish to report a moderator for ADMIN ABUSE, you must include the following information:

  • Moderator’s username
  • Photo or video evidence that includes the abuse. (Video is preferred)
  • A brief description of the abuse.

If you spam or send fake reports, you may be blacklisted from sending reports.


MODERATION GUIDELINES

Minor Infractions:

Most Minor Infractions will result in a warning. After 3 warnings, a user may be kicked, temporarily muted for up to 3 days, or temporarily banned for up to 2 days depending on the severity and nature of the infraction. Repeated infractions after punishment may increase the severity of punishment further.

Examples of Minor Infractions include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassing users (1-2 Warnings)
  • Abusing minor bugs
  • Disobeying moderators
  • Bypassing the chat filter with inappropriate content
  • Inappropriate avatar
  • Spam
  • Autoclickers
  • Rank begging

Major Infractions:

Major Infractions will earn a user 2-3 warnings depending on the severity. For a major infraction a user may be kicked, permanently muted, or permanently banned depending on the severity and nature of the infraction.

Examples of Major Infractions include, but are not limited to:

  • Exploiting
  • Exposing personal information.
  • Abusing major bugs
  • Punishment evasion
  • Theft of Fullvoid owned assets
  • Impersonation of Fullvoid community members
  • Repeated rule violations after punishment

Infraction Punishment Examples:

After the 2nd warning, Fullvoid moderators may use the punishment type that best suits the infraction(s).
A temporary ban may be given alongside warnings if the moderator deems it necessary.

ALL users must follow the Roblox Terms of Use. Failing to do so will count as a Major Infraction.
