So i recently made a game where the objective is to be the last one stading, it’s basically like MM2 but with an FFA format.
ILL PROBABLY BE PLAYING AS THIS GAME REQUIRES 2 PLAYERS!
I have been told numerous times that the game is fun and all but it was repetitive, so i added new maps, should i keep adding weapons and mechanics or should i focus elsewhere and fix and improve new features
First of all, the ui doesn’t have any satisfaction, you would want to add sound effects and visual effects when clicking on the buttons. Second, the building is not that appealing, it’s kind of plain and boring. Third, no replayabiliy, it might be me but i dont know what the coin feature is used for, if it’s not used for anything, you could add special weapons that you can get in chests for coins or something that would keep the player motivated to actually keep on playing. Lastly, the game can be unclear for newer users and might end up making the player quit, you could make a tutorial.
OVERALL:
Great concept, you just need to improve on the visuals. Might check back later
also that timer guy is kind of annoying, hes just there and can be quite annoying, you could just replace him with an actual timer if u wanted to.
So, I don’t know if you saw the “Menu” button on the top left, that explains everything, about the possibility of spending coins each round i am thinking about that actually. Than kyou for responding!
I see it now, and it’s just for emotes. I still wish you could add more game-changing mechanics, like abilities, you could add abilities for coins, it would encourage players to grind the game for these special abilities.
Also if you plan on remodeling the chests you could add an opening animation if you wanted to
And one last thing, the reason the game gets repetitive because is it’s mostly the same experience every time, the only fix is really adding more weapons, maps and content.
