Future Lighting not working

This isn’t happening to me rather my friend but,

It started happening yesterday when they were in studio. After going into a Team Create game file, the future lighting on the game wasn’t showing. It only appeared from a very far distance. The moment they approach the lighting, it fades out and there is nothing.

Like the title says, it’s also happening in regular games that use future lighting.

They’ve tried to uninstall both studio and the player launcher, that didn’t work
Tried to delete the ROBLOX folder located in the local appdata, that didn’t seem to either

So all I’m asking is for a solution to this problem, thanks!

I’m having the same issue in my places.

All you can do is try and reach to ROBLOX team by emailing them or any other way of contacting them. So for the moment, there is nothing you can do.

I highly suggest if you have access to Post on the “Bug Reports” Category, is to move this into there.

Switch to any rendering engine other than OpenGL. I use Vulkan and it works.
