The Corporate Relations department focuses on all affiliate-related tasks, including but not limited to forming new affiliate relationships, creating events with our affiliates, and more. Corporate Relations forms in-touch relationships with our affiliates to ensure that all groups are up-to-date with the latest information.

Overview & Requirements

GENERAL INFORMATION
✧ Affiliate inspections must occur every two weeks.
✧ Affiliate events must be announced frequently.
✧ Community events must be planned every two weeks - one month.
✧ New, benefitting affiliates must be formed regularly during the course of development. After release, an affiliate should be formed at least bi-monthly.
✧ The Corporate Relations Trello board should be updated frequently.

Affiliate Formulations

RECEIVED APPLICATIONS
✧ Received applications from other groups must go in #-voting. All votings are required to correctly follow the template provided.
All templates are located under #templates.
✧ There must be at least 6 upvotes for an alliance with them.
✧ Upon agreement, one individual will send a message of approval to that group, and two representatives must represent Fuzíon in their Discord server, actively announcing their events in our server.
✧ Log the newly formed affiliate in the Trello board.

SENT APPLICATIONS
✧ Other times, we may want to fill applications for allying with other groups.
✧ Find a professional, benefitting group that meets our expectations, and observe their application’s requirements and questions.
✧ If we don’t suit their expectations as a group, try to make an exception with them. Otherwise, find another group to ally with.
✧ Follow the template when formulating the application. Work together with several other members of the Corporate Relations Team.

Affiliate Inspections

INSPECTIONS
✧ The purpose of alliance inspections is to make sure our affiliates are up-to-date with our standards.
Bi-weekly, representatives from each affiliate will conduct inspections on the group, regarding activity, professionalism, level of benefit, and if they are announcing our events.
✧ Representatives will write a report on the Trello board. Follow the template provided.

Community Events

INFORMATION
✧ Must be planned at least 5 days before the day of the event. They should be held on weekends.
✧ We do occasionally work alongside other affiliates to formulate a partnered event or spirit week.
✧ Events should be switched up from time to time, whether it be a game night, movie night, miscellaneous, or etc.
✧ Events should be approved by department leads or overseers.
✧ The monthly budget for events will be R$300. Consult with the Leadership Team for the funding of events.
✧ Affiliates should be informed 2 hours prior to the event, and once more 10 minutes prior to the event.
