Galaxy-Café Update Suggestions

How did you get in there? I swear If theres a little spot Lol

Also the VIP gamepass has its perks, like Chat tag and another perk coming soon im working on rn.

The construction sign and the classic wallclip technique, stand on top of the sign with high mouse sensitivity, hold jump, and look left/right really fast to get walljump over!

I don’t think it matters that much, lol. It took 15 minutes to land it right! XD

  1. Game icon isn’t the best.
  2. The galaxy cafe doesn’t relate to the galaxy feel. Its just pretty skybox and basically a room with amongus looking bins and some free models (for the lights???)
  3. The concept is good, But needs improving

Maybe get real devs that do real work, Most of them are like 11 year olds that watched an alvinblox tutorial and instantly says they are a top dev with experience. I’ve been there. free = probably not good.

I do agree, I’m just really poor and can’t pay real developers.

There’s no free models used :expressionless:

The lights definately look free modelled to me.

Ok the lights are but everything else was me

so you modelled the cars too? and the fences? yet have a really unrealistic room.

A developer made them for me. Like lmao

Overall, I pretty much agree with what every else has been saying. The build itself looks very bland and could probably be recreated within 10 minutes. The logo is also pretty poor quality. I’d be willing to teach you how to improve your skills for free, just contact me on discord @Catherine858#8796. I won’t be able to build or create anything for you if that’s what you’re looking for.

If you’re super serious about this game, you could find a group of developers that would be willing to work for your game for game percentages. The only downfall to this is you’d have to commit to paying these developers for as long as this game makes money.

Another advice for this would just be to make everything yourself. Even if your skills aren’t perfect in the beginning, eventually you will get better and your game will get better quality stuff as a result. Watch youtube videos, look at references, even use tutorials- eventually you will find your own unique style.

Also- it’s okay to use free models. Especially when you’re doing everything on your own, using free models can save yourself a lot of time and money. You just need to know how to correctly use free models. For example, when you’re looking for free models, NEVER use entire builds. It may be tempting and probably would help your group grow for a little bit, but is incredibly frowned upon and will be noticed when your group gets more exposure. Also, make sure you compare the styles of the free models. Is it low poly? Realistic? Low detail? It’s usually best not to mix and match the styles. Make sure the models you are using matches the style of your build.

If you’d like any more tips or development advice, feel free to dm me here or on discord. I know what it’s like to start from nothing, and I wish you luck in your developing journey!

i hate this char limit

Its a made up word so Im not sure.

Hi if you want me feedback here it is:

  • The UIs could be improved maybe adding the same color scheme to all of them.
  • The scripting is not my department so I cannot make a comment
  • The buildings could use a lot of work, the colors were almost randomly picked and it doesn’t feel right in the environment on the outside (Bright green grass, with terracotta walls that were almost like perfectly formed cubes with dark orange planks with reminded me of cantaloupes.) As well as I would refrain from using free skies from the toolbox unless they fit the vibe your going for, the inside I think you shouldn’t add many big spaces.
