Hello folk,
Recently I’ve had some greyareas on how gambling rules are presented in which can or cannot be allowed. As far as I’m aware Roblox does not allow for gambling which involves virtual chips, simulating betting, etc. However upon some research and discovery I’ve come across multiple games that do that.
Example: The Poker Parlor | Texas Hold’em - Roblox
From what I see from their description they insist as long as they don’t allow their currency to be purchasable by any means then it’s totally legitmate to have a poker game/gamemode.
I am wondering if this is allowed or they just “haven’t been caught yet.”
