Game Banned Automatically - No Reply from Appeals After 8 Days, Help?

I need some advice or guidance about an issue I’m facing with my game being banned. My game was automatically banned for supposedly containing “sexual content,” which I believe is a mistake. I submitted an appeal through the Contact Us form 8 days ago, but I haven’t heard back from the Appeals team yet.

Has anyone else had a similar experience where their game was banned automatically and appeals took a long time to respond? If so, how long did it take for you to get a reply?

To clarify:

  • The ban seems to have come from an automated system and not from a manual review.
  • I’ve already submitted my appeal using Contact Us and included all the details explaining why the ban was a mistake.
  • I’ve searched through the forums and the Developer Hub to see if there are ways to speed this up, but I haven’t found any solutions yet.

Is there anything I can do to ensure my issue gets noticed or resolved more quickly? I totally understand the team might be busy, but I’m really worried that my appeal was overlooked since it’s already been 8 days without a response.

maybe call roblox support after another week or so, just in case they did overlook it
