Game Banned Twice Despite Controversial Content Removal and Platform Approval

Hey fellow developers,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share a frustrating experience we’ve been facing with our game, [Saint-Malo UDF], and to seek your insights and advice on this matter.

Our game was initially banned due to the presence of controversial items that violated the guidelines set by roblox. We took immediate action and made significant efforts to remove these items and ensure our game complied with all the rules and regulations. After this thorough cleanup, we even received the official approval from roblox, stating that our game was now safe and compliant and the ban was an error.

However, our game has been banned for the second time 2h after reopening it, even after the removal of the controversial items and obtaining the platform’s approval. This turn of events has left us puzzled and concerned about the future of our game.

We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness, to our players. Our team has invested countless hours into refining the game and adhering to the platform’s guidelines. Despite these efforts, we find ourselves back at square one.

We sent mails to the roblox support team to understand the reasons behind this second ban and to work towards a resolution. But given the complexity of the situation, we thought it would be wise to reach out to this knowledgeable community for any insights you might have.

Has anyone else encountered a similar situation, where a game faced multiple bans despite addressing the initial concerns and obtaining platform approval? If so, how did you handle it, and were you able to find a solution?

Additionally, if anyone has recommendations for effectively communicating with roblox, demonstrating compliance, and appealing such decisions, we would greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts.
