So I was thinking of making a game called American Simulator where you would eat fast food and your character would grow for me and my friends to play. I was wondering if this goes against roblox’s terms of use.

I don’t see how this would go against roblox’s terms of use. If you think it’s a good idea, I think you should do it. 
That does sound very stereotypical and could be quite offensive or insulting, so I would avoid that.
Due to this being an offensive stereotype, it would likely fall under the physical characteristics part of this rule, meaning it likely wouldn’t be allowed.
