Game client freezes when resetting & never loads

This issue occurs randomly but most frequently in the first game I join after starting up my laptop. Some game assets fail to load, and when I reset, the game briefly freezes.

The duration of the freeze varies but typically lasting between 2 to 5 seconds.

Additionally, the game assets never seem to load properly. However, rejoining the game resolves the issue. Gyazo below shows missing UI elements and my character failing to respawn:

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-12450H

Expected behavior

The game does not freeze and the game loads properly.

Can you please provide a Roblox Player log file from when the asset loading issue occurred? Please post it in the private message for this bug – thank you!

I’ve sent you the log file—hopefully, it’s the right one. I joined a random game, encountered the same issue, reset, and then left. I’ve sent the most recent file from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\logs.

I am having the same issue… When I close out of Roblox, it sometimes goes into the background processes as well.
