game managers are typically free unless your working for a big group i have seen many game managers that are free and you need to show more what you can do not just say you are on roblox for 2 years
Yeah, I offer my services for big groups paid, but free for small ones.
I even have experience as moderator for a classic Roblox game (Paint 'N Guess, 32K). I helped on the Spanish translation of Freeze Tag and I don’t get contacted.

First learn good scripting, good building and learn every skill you’ll be leading other devs in.
Else the devs you hired will make you feel dumb constantly.
make a showcase or list groups you have worked for or part of your job or something you have done preharps and if all your devs where fired how could resolve that game director?
