Hello again!
I tested your game. From my experience with the game, it’s fun! Though if the game had more players it makes it more fun.
It’s possible that your game is not getting players through advertisements due the targeted audience:
Very Young Roblox Players
I’m referring especially to the ones that haven’t learned to read nor type in Roblox chat yet. I think that most younger audiences wouldn’t understand a Roblox game upon joining and perhaps they’ll eventually leave the game literally after 20 seconds or so.
Most younger audiences probably have a low attention span. I’ve observed this before once when a player joined my own Roblox game a while ago.
I’m assuming you use Ads Manager to advertise. Apparently, only 13+ players get to see advertisements. However, keep in mind that the majority of the young Roblox playerbase select a random date of birth upon account creation, meaning that you might have to add other stuff in the game to appeal to the audience.
Why did I mention the very young players? Firstly, they’re the majority that make up the Roblox community. Secondly, most kids are interested in a certain thing or two.
There’s a whole bunch of things they may like, such as:
- Skibidi Toilet (lol I can’t believe I mentioned this but sadly this is a fact)
- Doors (a very popular Roblox game)
- Rainbow Friends (just note that it isn’t as very popular as it is today, but if I remember correctly it was very popular a few years ago)
- Poorly created SCP games (most are free modeled with barely any effort and yet they somehow get players which is sad. More context about SCP, they’re known mostly about a weeping angel-like statue, and a slenderman-like creature in case you’re not sure)
- The list can go on and on
In case you got the wrong idea, no. I’m not suggesting that the game should have anything like Skibidi Toilet or anything like that.
Doing so may appeal to the younger audiences, but it would of course not appeal to the older audiences. That would make a bad look for a game. I included the list so you can make something that appeals to the audience.
How would you get players appeal to your game, stay longer, etc? I’m no expert on attracting players, and I’m simply using my knowledge to help, so I’m unsure.
My feedback about your game icon, I personally think it looks good, and it’s attractive to get players.
In conclusion, perhaps create that appeals to the audience, like make them more engaged inside of the game.
I got some game ideas and suggestions:
- Gamemodes: The name is self-explanatory! Perhaps hard mode, or a zombie juggernaut gamemode? It could pretty much be anything! Furthermore, I’d suggest gamemode voting. 2 randomly selected gamemodes. The 3rd one should always be the classic one in my opinion.
- Zombie diversity: Every time a player spawns in as a zombie, perhaps have a bunch of zombie variants that will randomly be selected for the player to play as? Or maybe zombies variants that can be purchased in the shop! All with unique buffs and nerfs. (here’s an idea: a tanky one, pretty basic of course)
That’s all the feedback and suggestions I have to improve your game and attract players! I hope your game succeeds!
