Game feedback needed!

I’ve been working on it, on and off, for about 3 months now. I feel like Its close to being released, just need sounds and to add saving.

No explanation aside “defending the village” leads me to a huge confusion, especially in “how ?”

I did took a while to actually know what to do and get used to it, though for a quick note, some people actually left the game without trying, so you truly need to do some efforts at the game design to smoothly leads the users to know the basis.

As far as i like Tower Defense / Strategy types, that one didn’t quite feel that way, Perhaps i just didn’t played long enough to encounter difficult waves, but it was, infact, already difficult to keep the Village intact when Orcs are spawning in all corners possible with the village doing over 300² studs.

just constantly walking to clean the raids was a pain and quickly became slow paced, no matter the skill the user have.

Early games also introduce no strategy or features to make the players more involved than just taking your troops to a trip. you have to wait for your units to eliminate the orcs and accumulate Mana to spawn stronger Units.

Overall, this could potentially hook users if it has a more attractive gameplay cycle, but nothing feels magical in there, a huge lacks of additional contents, Animation, Visuals and probably the Village itself lacks dynamic as the game felt underwhelming for the whole session, like if as even saving people had no value whatsoever (if villagers even exist, yet to witness one for now)

I was really confused to what to actually do. I was trying to click on the enemy with a scroll then I realised I had to press on the ground. And then I realised you need to press e to make your skeletons attack him. I do agree with kenami on the thing that saving the village didn’t have any value. I disagree with him s a bit on the thing that the place wasn’t magical. I do feel like it was trying to be with the more vibrant colours and stuff.
