Game getting too few home recommendations

My game is finally getting home recommendations after sponsoring over 2 weeks. The problem is that the amount of impressions has been sitting around 500 - 900 the past 3 - 4 days.

Should I keep sponsoring and wait? Or are my game stats too low for the algorithm to give it more impressions?

Below are some stats of the game:

And here are the home recommendations I got:

In the Acquisition tab, it says that I have 5 plays from home recommendations, with a CTR of 0.35%. This is inconsistent with the image above…

your day 1 retention is low, but this could be because of sponsoring. When I first relased my game a week ago, the D1 retention was very bad (around 3-4%) Now it is sitting at 13.77% Only for home recommendations since it started hitting the algo it peaked from 60 ccu to 400 just today. Your qualified play through rate is very low, you should aim for at least 0.8%, I currently have 1.1% for example. Can you check home recommendations on Acquisition and how much is that?

It’s 0.36% on the Acquisition tab but with only 900 impressions, I doubt it’s accurate.

How many ad credits are u using per day? Are you targetting your correct audience? Targetting the wrong audience/genre can ruin game stats. But 2 weeks should be enough for stats to update and give accuarte statistics. But give it 1 more week, and u shouldn’t sponsor for more than a week to be honest. Because sponsoring for a new game should only be 2-3 weeks max, then algo picks it up if it’s a good game with good stats by itself.

I’m using 5 credits daily and have almost been sponsoring for 3 weeks

what ctr and play rate ur getting from ads? Doing 5 ad credits per day is not a good use, u should give ur game a boost for a week of around 20-30 ad credits per day if u think ur game idea is good so it can gather a lot of players at once. What roblox does sometimes is just put like 50-60 players in ur game, when people see more players they might stay and play. Gotta take this risk to see how is it gonna play out.

For the past week, I got 0.20% play rate with a CTR of 0.75%

I always use a max bid of 0.01, I sometimes get around +30 players

btw, I also target consoles, which generally lowers CTR since more games are shown compared to other devices.
