Game got disliked botted 90% to 72% with 23 Million Visits

My game after 23 million visits and nearly 9 months of being out offically, it has got disliked botted. Is there any I can do about it? I heard some people email info@roblox.com or support@roblox.com or devrelations@roblox.com ( I do not know which email to send my email to. )

but never got their issues resolved, has anyone got their issue resolved or know how to?

It’s not like I can just close the game and relaunch it like small games can.

Are you 100% certain it was botted, and there wasn’t a major bug in your game making players dissatisfied? In other words, is anyone angry with you or have a reason to do this to your game?

The game already has 5,200 likes and had a 90% like ratio, it gained like 1.3k dislikes in 1 day. Yes I’m certain it was dislike botted.
